Here's what you'll do: Become the Technical Expert: Advise sales representatives and translate customer needs into strong technical proposals. Craft Winning Tenders: Develop compelling technical and commercial responses to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for gensets and complete power generation solutions. Design Powerhouse Solutions: Utilize your knowledge of controllers, switchgear, transformers, and synchronization to design efficient power systems. Champion Cummins Technology: Apply your in-depth understanding of Cummins products and tools to create optimal solutions. Architect Turnkey Projects: Develop detailed specifications for comprehensive power generation projects. Drive Efficiency: Conduct value engineering analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. Empower the Team: Train and mentor sales teams, fostering knowledge transfer for long-term success. Manage Pricing and Procurement: Develop pricing strategies and cultivate strong relationships with market suppliers. To excel in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor of Science or Technology in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in the generator and EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) industry. 5-10 years of experience designing and executing projects in a construction environment.
