Corporate Finance Analyst

As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will conduct in-depth financial analysis, M&A transactions, equity and debt capital markets and valuations. You will build financial models and prepare presentations to clients and lastly, recognize new investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing corporate finance transactions, including capital raising, M&A, and financial restructuring Perform financial modeling, valuations, and detailed financial analysis Prepare pitch books, presentations, and transaction documentation Support due diligence processes and provide research for client engagements Analyze and interpret financial statements and market trends Contribute to the growth of the corporate finance advisory unit Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory Strong financial modeling and analytical skills If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
