Senior Production Manager

Responsibilities: Planning and organizing production schedules and ensuring cost effectiveness. Setting quality standards and adhering to health and safety. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes. Overseeing production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. Ensure selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials are on time. Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. Liaison with different departments, e.g., purchasing, sales and technical department. Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with internal customers and managers. Supervising and motivating of team of employees as well as identifying training needs. Qualifications and Experience: Matric Production / Management Diploma/Degree 5-10 years experience in Production Management Management Certification from a recognized institution/association. MRP/ERP experience Industrial Engineering experience (Advantage) AI & Digitalization knowledge (Advantage)
