Job Description

Effectively manage all site project related operations, project planning employee and sub-contractors Effectively manage teams and subcontractors Oversee all materials ordering/handling Attend client meetings and oversee client requests Perform daily administrative duties for employee and subcontractors Knowledge of LV/MV switchgear and cables. Experience with electrical installations of commercial sites Meeting of targets and implementing project plan with proactive planning Excellent understanding of technical and electrical drawings related Electrical Installations Ensuring correct installation according to specifications Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures Verification of compilation of administrative records- daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly records Deadline focused and quality orientated Strong organizational skills Administrate the disciplinary function effectively Strong communication skills Attention to detail Meeting of targets Some travelling required from time to time · Matric Certified Project Management - Electrical Background · Certified Electrician 5-10 years experience within commercial electrical industry Experience with data centers - beneficial Computer Literate - MS Office Good understanding of technical and engineering drawings related Electrical Installations. Verification of accurate recording, inspections on installations. Ensuring correct installation according to specifications. Deadline focused and quality orientated. Verification of compilation of administration records: Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly progress reports
