Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider - Wilmington, NC

An exceptional practice is currently recruiting for a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join its growing team in beautiful Wilmington, North Carolina! The practice specializes in the treatment of general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology, including Mohs surgery for skin cancer. You will have an opportunity to work with a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and board-certified general dermatologist.

This well-established, busy practice has been serving Wilmington and the surrounding communities for many years and has a stellar reputation. The practice is searching for a physician assistant/nurse practitioner that is experienced in dermatology that will focus on medical/general dermatology but will have an opportunity to perform cosmetic procedures. The candidate can expect to see 30+ patients per day and will enjoy a three-day week for optimal work life balance.

Job Specifics:

• Will consider physician assistants/nurse practitioners with at least two years of experience in dermatology

Requirements

• 2 years of Dermatology experience as a provider

• North Carolina State Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

Master's degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing appropriate for certification as a Nurse Practitioner, or an accredited Physician Assistant program.
