RN Step Down

ASC-29391 - RN Step Down - Racine, WI - 13 Weeks Contract

Sigma Healthcare team is looking for a RN Step Down to work onsite at our client's facility in Racine, WI.

Shift : 19:00 - 07:30
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Current BLS and ACLS Certifications.
• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Telemetry Trained.
• 1 year experience with Med Surg or IMC or PCU or critical care.
• Organizational skills to set priorities and efficiently complete assigned work.
• Ability to effectively delegate appropriate patient care activities.
