ADT is looking for a High Volume Residential/Business Alarm Technician. This position's home office will be in Brisbane, but there is travel throughout the Bay Area, East Bay, North Bay, and South Bay to do add-on jobs. install and troubleshoot alarms. Prewire existing homes.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Previous hands on experience in electrical, construction, AV, or related
Previous Alarm Experience preferred but not required

*RESPOSNIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Responsible for handling installation and service requests for residential customers for ADT.
- Install and service of alarm systems, CCTV, Card Access and Fire Alarms and associated components.
- Perform New System Installations, System Upgrades, and New System Additions.
- Role will be responsible for providing troubleshooting and diagnosis services to customers and providing resolutions for customer systems issues.

- Residential and small business locations
*EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
- VEHICLE: Candidate needs to have access to a reliable personal vehicle and must be willing to drive this vehicle for work purpose.
- EQUIPMENT: Candidate should have access to a little giant ladder; should possess basic hand tools, and a smart phone.
- Tools Needed: 4 ft and 6 ft ladder, Butt Set, Toner, Meter, Corded Drill, Cordless Drill, Fish Tape, Basic Hand Tools
*ADDITIONAL
- SHIFT: Tuesday-Saturday (8am-5pm)
o *Must be willing to work overtime during busy seasons*
o ACE ALARM CARD IS A PLUS
