Sales Consultant

Designer Recruitment are seeking a Sales Consultant for a luxury home furnishings showroom in the Stockton on Teesarea. This role will encompass the sales and interior design elements of the furniture for all customers.

This is a permanent role offering up to £22,000 per annum + commission for the right Sales Consultant.

Sales Consultant duties:

• Achievingthe sales targets assigned by the Store Manager
• Maximisingthe conversion rate
• Managingquotations forcustomers
• Establishingrelationships with customers
• Fuelling future visits
• Managingeach visitor through the application of brand sales ceremonies
• Welcoming and understandingthe customer's needs to ensure a unique customer experience
• Communicatingthe brand values, qualities, and advantages of the product
• Usingthe sales tools (material samples, configurator, dedicated brochure, catalogue)
• Closing the sale of a product
• Cross Selling / Upselling of company products
• Respecting the visual merchandising standards through direct and continuous interventions
• Managing after-salessupport for customers
• Participating proactively in training activities and on-the-job training;

Experience for a Sales Consultant:

• 3-5 years of sales in stores
• Good experience in the Furniture sector
• Ability to use and promote sales tools to support sales (eg creation of renderings)
• Excellent sensitivity in understanding and managing consumer behaviour
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team spirit
• Ability to analyse sales results
