Deputy Nursery Manager Shepherds BushJob Type: Full Time, permanent, 40 hours per weekSalary: £31,500 - £39,900 (depending on qualifications and experience).

What will you be doing?
Ensure that every child receives a high level of care and is in a safe environmentDeliver stimulating methods of learning to help shape individual needs, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculumLead a team of exceptional people towards a common goalHave experience with business and commerce elements of the Nursery runningsStrong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance procedures.Ability to build trusting relationships with parents, colleague, children and external partnersWhat we can offer you

For our bespoke nursery, we are looking for experienced leaders to join us;
Must be Level 3 qualified or above.Experience with an Early Years Leadership role ideally as a Deputy Manager or similar.A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with Good or Outstanding outcomes.An inspirational Deputy Nursery Manager that can develop a high performing team
