Job Description
Swift Placements are working with a client based in Bradford who are looking to recruit for a Contracts Administrator. Our client specialises in installation and maintenance of Engineered products transfer solutions. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing the clients engineered truck installation from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining company standards.
Our client is looking to find a confident, professional individual who will provide the link between external sales team and the Workshop team, taking a customer order from quotation stage through to the completed truck installation.
Please note: You must have experience in Contracts within Transport or Engineering.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am- 5:00pm
Salary on offer: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year DOE!
23 days Holidays+ Bank Holidays 3 days for Christmas!

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Preparation and Review:
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including sales agreements, purchase orders, service agreements.
* Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
* The successful candidate will be performing basic admin duties for the business and logging all relevant information onto the inhouse systems used for the business.
Contract Management:
* Maintain a centralised contract source and ensure all contracts are accurately documented and stored.
* Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
* Track contract deadlines, renewals, and expiration dates, initiating necessary actions in a timely manner.
Stakeholder Communication:
* You will liaise with clients by phone and email, procurement of goods and sourcing /planning of labour internally or externally and maintaining accurate contract records.
* Liaise with internal departments (sales, procurement and finance) to gather information and ensure contract terms meet business objectives.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract-related inquiries and issues.
* Ensure proper execution of contracts, verifying all required approvals and signatures are obtained.
Reporting and Documentation:
* Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance for management review.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business or administration.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
