A diverse and brilliant Primary School located within the Borough of Brent is looking to grow its team further, hiring multiple SEN Teaching Assistants who can assist with speech and language needs to further improve the pupil's day-to-day school life.

The SENCo is a fantastic leader setting high standards for staff, and children... but in return, you will receive the following:

• Attending local SEN Schools to receive training in Autism Awareness, Safeguarding and more

• Working across either EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (School will play to personal strengths)
• Supporting a variety of SEN: Autism (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD and behaviour difficulties
• Focus on increasing the quality of learning for all
• Working alongside a range of professionals

JOB DESCRIPTION

• SEN Teaching Assistant
• Supporting a variety of SEN; Autism (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD and Speech & Language difficulties
• 1:1 and group support - In and out of the classroom
• Working alongside a range of professionals and SENCO
• Attending weekly training sessions
• Working across any of the following phases - EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• ASAP Start - Long-term & full time
• £105 - £110 per day
• Located in the Borough of Brent

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Degree from a reputable University
• Must have an outgoing, forward-thinking and creative personality
• You must be willing to learn and get stuck in multiple roles
• Strong understanding of SEN is required
• Previous SEN experience, within either a working or personal level would be desirable, but not essential
