Contract type: Permanent
Hours: This is a term time only post, however some cover will be required in holiday periods and the nature of this role requires a high degree of flexibility
Salary: Competitive
Anticipated start date: January 2025
Closing date: Midnight on Sunday 6th October, however this role may close early should we receive suitable applications.
Interviews: Expected week commencing 7th and 14th October.

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive Head of Boarding to join our pastoral team. The Head of Boarding plays a crucial role in the daily lives of our vibrant and busy boarding and day School. The Head of Boarding will act “in loco parentis” for the boarders, providing the best possible experience of a boarding environment, creating a home from home.
This role involves working closely with pupils, parents, and staff to ensure the smooth running of the boarding house. The Head of Boarding will be responsible for welfare and safety, as well as activities for all the boarding pupils in the House during the week and weekends.
This is a residential role and a comfortable flat will be provided within the Boarding House.
