Senior Nursery Practitioner | Westminster, W2 | £95-£120 | Full-time | Long-Term to Permanent | September 2024

Role Overview:
LTF Recruitment are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Nursery Practitioner to lead in delivering high-quality care and education. You will be instrumental in planning and implementing engaging activities that support children's development across the EYFS framework.

Join the vibrant and welcoming nursery, purpose-built within the grounds of our esteemed partner school in Westminster. The Nursery provides exceptional early years education in a nurturing environment that fosters curiosity and growth for children aged 2 years to 4 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor nursery staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and the school community.
• Oversee the planning and assessment of age-appropriate activities that inspire learning.
• Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive.
• Monitor and report on children's progress, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Uphold the nursery's high standards in safeguarding and child protection.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a nursery setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A passion for nurturing young minds.
