Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to join our dynamic team at our brand new workshop facility in Brackmills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and MOT testing. You will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and meet allsafety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
• Performing vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
• Identifying and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
• Providing excellent customer service and advice
• Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards

Requirements:

• Qualified MOT Tester (VOSA/DVSA approved).
• Relevant Motor Vehicle Technician qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday 0800-1700

Experience:

• Mechanical experience: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Full UK Driving License (required)
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (required)
