Finance Assistant

Our client, a prestigious automotive dealership based in the Southwest has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join their amazing team.
Key responsibilities:
* Offer system support for our Employee Management System including system development
* Reporting
* Support day-to-day Payroll activity including starters, leavers, transfers and variations, sickness and bonuses
* Support annual payroll activities such as audits, P60’s and P11d’s
* Line Manage Finance Apprentice
* Support business projects
Key skills/ experience:
* 2 years or more of experience in a Payroll Accounts position
* Experience in the Motor Trade is preferred
* Experience with Natural HR / Moorepay system would be beneficial
* In depth experience of Microsoft Excel for reporting
* Problem solving skills with the ability to apply logical and critical thinking to develop effective solutions to issues
* Confidence with systems and supporting end users,
* Seeks ways to improve processes
* Experience of line management would be beneficial in this role
