Quality Management Internal Auditor

ENVIRONMENT: A Software and Technology firm in Pretoria is seeking a skilled and meticulous Quality Management Internal Auditor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have completed their three years' articles and possess a strong understanding of quality management systems and auditing principles. In this role, the Quality Management Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of quality management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. A B. Commerce Degree or CA (SA) is required, along with three years' completed articles. One year of post-articles experience is preferred. DUTIES: Conduct internal audits of quality management systems to assess compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement. Develop audit plans and schedules based on risk assessments and organizational priorities. Prepare audit reports detailing findings, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified non-conformities. Provide guidance and support to departments in implementing quality management best practices. Stay informed about changes in quality management standards, regulations, and best practices. REQUIREMENTS: B. Commerce Degree/CA (SA) required. Three years' articles completed required. One-year post-articles experience preferred. Proven experience in conducting internal audits within a quality management framework. Strong understanding of quality management principles, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in audit management software and Microsoft Office applications. ATTRIBUTES: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
