Electro Optic Engineer

Your Role: Design, develop, and maintain competitive electro-optic products that meet market and end-user requirements. Analyze faults and identify areas for improvement in circuit and system design. Participate in field trials and analyze laboratory and field data. Provide support to the production department for design-related manufacturing issues and fault-finding. Evaluate and provide alternatives for obsolete components. Conceptualize tools to aid in testing and manufacturing, optimizing the overall process. Write and enhance test and production procedures. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineering, production, and configuration management teams. Required Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary engineering R&D and product development environment. Strong knowledge of electronic hardware, particularly analog circuit design and enhancement. Knowledge of optics, electro-optics, and radiometry. Basic system engineering knowledge. Understanding of configuration and qualification processes. Desired Skills: Experience in the defense environment. Familiarity with electronics production, repair, and maintenance.
