What you’ll be doing

As a Product Specialist, you will be mainly responsible for the achievement of area sales targets, and managing current sales business in a defined geographical territory for the range of critical care products.


Your day to day might look a little like this:

  • Achieve Objectives & KPIs as agreed with the National Sales Manager
  • Identify, develop and provide an excellent service to all customers
  • Promote the company’s portfolio to the appropriate customer base
  • Monitor sales metrics and support demand management with accurate forecasting of new business
  • To develop a pipeline of business to ensure sustainable growth for the territory


A bit about you

Ideally, you’ll be based across the South East.

You will have at least 18 months of solid medical device sales experience, with an excellent demonstrable sales track record.

A few other key skills we are looking for:

  • BSc/BA degree or equivalent level of education
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff
  • Product knowledge, Therapy knowledge and patient pathway improvement relevant to the business unit (level expert)
  • Strong EQ
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Interested in a consultative sale
  • Trustworthy and set high standards
