Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives. You'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence, securing contracts, and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partners.
- Manage sales targets and the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation.
- Engage with stakeholders and close deals at operational and board levels.
- Build a strong network and seek out new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Estimating Team for accurate pricing and site surveys.
Key Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in Hard Services.
- Strong skills in estimating, pricing, and technical acumen.
- Proactive and adaptable with a strong track record in sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
