Position Mobile Fabric Technician

Salary Up to £35,000 per annum + Door to door travel & overtime

Location Southwest London

Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into Area Manager

Tecrec are searching for an experienced Fabric Technician to work on a mobile basis across Southwest London this is to work for a business that covers the built environment construction, development, and facilities management. They a trusted figure in the industry, relied upon to deliver for clients across the UK.

Their focus is on people development, promoting internal expertise supported by an established supply chain partnership.

• As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of retail sites across Southwest London.
• You will be working across one clients portfolio of commercial sites.
• Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.
• The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge and previous experience of manging a team within FM.

The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in a trade such as Carpentry & Joinery.

NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry or Joinery or other trades

Excellent building services knowledge.
