Job Description
Prioritise daily work load in order to meet the requirements and deadlines of sites.
Liaise with site managers, contract managers and project managers on a daily basis
Sourcing the best product and price for the all the sites' material and plant hire requirements
Placing orders, one off as well as bulk orders
Sending specifications out for tender. Negotiate for the most competitive price, meeting all site requirements, to include scheduled deliveries until the completion of the order
Liaise with suppliers in regard to future projects and gauge the lead in time required for specific materials to meet site deadlines
Attend site project meetings
Work along side commercial teams for value engineering and overall costing.
