Job Title: Estimator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: up to £37k
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours Monday – Friday
Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
A privately owned, well-established contractor with an enviable client list, now require a Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis. Focussed on Small Works projects within the Midlands, the successful candidate will survey properties in order to produce costings for maintenance, D&B and refurbishment projects.
Duties and responsibilities
Site Visits
Produce estimates
Client liaison.
Working with Subcontractors to obtain accurate cost estimates.
It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;
Driving Licence (required)
One year experience estimating or surveying properties
A trade background would be preferable.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programmes.
Experience working with schedule of rates.
