Job Title: Area Sales Manager (North)
Location: Darlington
Salary: Up to £40,000 plus commission / bonus, plus car

Experience with project sales, account management and project management,
Passionate and energic with a generative leadership style
Driven, proactive and ambitious with the ability to encourage these behaviours in others
A strong commercial acumen with a track record of developing relationships with a wide variety of clients
Strong track record of success building excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Highly articulate and a clear communicator
Flexible and agile, able to adapt to the needs of the businessAREA SALES MANAGER: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To confidently engage with businesses of all sizes to build commercial relationships
Build a live portfolio of customers looking at increasing profit for each
To re-activate lapsed customer relationships to increase sales opportunities
Working to achieve and exceed all KPIs
Working with the internal sales team to maximise opportunities and create growth
Be an ambassador of the Company always providing excellent customer service, portraying a professional image throughout every interaction.
To take ownership for cashflow and profitability of your customers.
Utilise your internal sales support to assist you in planning site/company visits.
