Job Description
Role: Area Sales Manager – Southeast
Location: Southeast UK
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum basic + up to 35% monthly bonus potential
Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 26 days after 5 years’ service), company car, fuel card, volunteering leave days, BUPA health assessment, life insurance cover, training and development programmes.

You’ll be out on the road, working with independent merchants and retailers to expand accounts, drive sales and deliver top-notch customer service. If you’ve got a hunter mentality, love managing your own diary, and thrive on closing the deal, we want to hear from you!

* Building and nurturing B2B relationships
* Strategising to generate leads and smash weekly sales targets
* Managing orders ranging from £2k-£60k
* Partnering with internal teams to keep things running smoothly

* Have proven experience in field-based B2B sales
* Hold knowledge of the builder merchant’s industry – would be beneficial
* A go-getter with top-tier communication and negotiation skills
* Sales-focused with a dash of humour
