Learning Support Assistant - Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Location: Medway

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with PMLD, helping them to thrive in a tailored and supportive educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalised, one-on-one support to students with PMLD, helping create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with personal care and mobility to ensure students' comfort and well-being throughout the school day.
Work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to implement individualised learning plans.
Build positive relationships with students, encouraging their independence, confidence, and personal growth.About You:
Previous experience working with students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
A deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by these students.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a meaningful impact on students' educational experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals in a supportive team environment.Requirements:
Available Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Right to work in the UK.
