Zest Optical are working with a leading online Optical supplier to hire a full time Dispensing Optician into their growing head office team.

You will work as part of the E-commerce team with a focus on customer service and dealing with all incoming enquiries and orders.

Dispensing Optician - Role

Leading online Opticians with an excellent reputation
Office based role working in their Central London head office
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide expert advice and guidance on prescriptions, lenses, and eyewear options
Ensure accurate and meticulous dispensing of optical products
Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
Passion for high quality eyewear and service to match
Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A keen eye for detail and an organized approach to handling multiple tasksDispensing Optician - Salary

Base salary paying £35,000
