Job Description
A key client of mine who are a manufacturer of life safety control systems are on the look out for a Technical Support & Training Engineer to join their growing team.
This role will be primarily home based with travel expected across the South of England.
Key requirements:
Fire industry experience
Understanding of fire alarm systems
Previous experience with comissioning or servicing fire systemsKey responsibilities:
Deliver product training to both staff and customers
Provide telephone, email and field support to customers and staff
Develop and improve training
