Senior Project Manager - Full Remote - Freelance only

Job Description Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously. Lead, coach, and motivate project teams to achieve productivity and engagement. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion. Identify, assess, and minimize project risks throughout the lifecycle. Communicate project status, issues, and successes regularly to all stakeholders. Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are maintained. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the gaming industry. Strong understanding of the software development cycle and agile methodologies. Proven leadership skills and experience managing large, diverse teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
