Responsibilities:

Clearance: Get shipments cleared through CDS whilst complying with customs regulations.

Docs: Review and prepare import paperwork.

Tracking: Monitor shipments and update everyone involved.

Communication: Maintaining an open line of communication with clients & suppliers throughout the shipment.

Fix Issues: rectify shipment problems and delays whilst providing an outstanding customer service.

Data: Keep accurate records of shipments.

Help Clients: Answer client questions and keep them updated.

Teamwork: Work with our team and partners for smooth operations.
