Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to work within a busy Credit Control department in South Leicestershire. You will be part of a much bigger team, in a very busy office.

Key Responsibilities:

Collections by phone, email and letter
Managing customer accounts and their credit limits
Handle queries and resolve any issues
Ensure compliance is adhered to at all times
Risk assessment on a regular basis of aged debt
Weekly and monthly reporting to the Credit Manager
Refer bad debts and problem accounts promptly

Ideal Candidate:

At least 2 years of experience in Credit Control
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Keen attention to detail, high level of accuracy
Great time management and organisation
Used to working under pressure, and to a high pace
