Job Description
Walker Cole is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a Cell and Gene Therapy business in the South of England. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the wider Project Management team and overseeing multiple complex site-based projects/programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and ensure effective project governance for a team of Project Managers overseeing the company’s collaborator projects and partnerships.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients.
* Liaise regularly with the Business Development team, Project Management Office, and relevant stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the PMO to ensure consistent use of Project Management best practices for timely delivery, and work with the BD team to support new collaborations, including visits and negotiations.
Essential Requirements:
* BSc/MSc in a relevant scientific discipline .
* Previous industry experience in Project Management or customer facing roles.
* Experience working in a GMP facility Cell & Gene therapy preferred
