Pre Construction Manager (Work Winning)

We are currently working with a leading fit out business based in London looking for a Senior Pre Construction Manager, the specialise in office refurbishments for landlords and tenants with project values ranging up to £10million.

As Senior Pre Construction Manager you will be working closely with their delivery and sales team to support them in securing fast track commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.

Duties include;

• Co-ordinating strategy to effectively win the project
• Supporting Project Directors with negotiations to win the project
• Manage commercial risk of the projects and present internally
• Liaise with the Design team to ensure the project can be built, identifying value engineering opportunities and reviewing drawings / specifications for client approval
• Monitor costs as designs are developed
• Provide detailed cost plans / estimators as required by the projects

Experience;

• Minimum 5 years experience in Estimating / Project Management involved from initial tenders
• Strong experience in commercial CAT A / B projects
• Pitch Experience
