This is a unique opportunity to join one of the UKs most successful MEP Sub Contractors, with the opportunity of rapid personal growth as they are excellent at promoting within.

The successful candidate will initially be overseeing several sites which will include: Commercial, Life Sciences, Education and more. The projects you would be working on are based in Central London

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project MEP programmes ensuring compliance with standards and contract requirements.
• Monitor project progress on-site using relevant tools, identify risks and delays, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Review supply chain programmes, coordinate with teams to mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with the contract programme.
• Participate in meetings to discuss project status with teams and the supply chain, fostering clear communication.

Key Skills:

• Experience with ASTA
• Degree Educated
• Considerable experience in a planning role on MEP / Building Services projects is essential.
• Construction site experience
• Excellent written and communication skills.
