Job Description
SURREY - ARCHITECT - REVIT AND AUTOCAD
A small practice in the heart of Surrey are excited by their current project pipeline and are looking to bring in a new Architect to join them for the journey.
The workload is primarily one-off residential projects including both new build and renovations of reasonable scale. The key appeal comes in the project exposure, this will really suit you if you wish to see projects through from concept to completion. After using your creative ability to generate impressive solutions, you will take projects through planning and create the technical drawing packages.
With a team of Architects and Assistants, you''ll work in a collaborative nature.
What we are looking for is:
- At least 3 years UK experience, ideally on residential projects.
- Revit proficiency is required, AutoCAD skills are also sought.
- A UK drivers license and transport to allow you to attend site visits.
- Expertise with technical stages is needed for this role and a clear confidence with UK building regs.
- Impressive communication skills to offer an excellent service to clients.
The opportunity is in a modern office space reachable from much of Surrey. The role is office based so you will have to be comfortable with the daily commute.
Salary is between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on level of experience
