Salary: £185 per day
Job Type: Long Term
Contract length: 12 months
We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic SEN Teacher SpLD to join their team.
Responsibilities
The expectations for this role is a SEN Teacher SpLD who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
It is important to this school that the SEN Teacher SpLD they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
This school requires a SEN Teacher SpLD who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
The ideal candidate for this SEN Teacher SpLD role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from all different backgrounds.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
