We are currently supporting a lovely school who are looking to recruit a dynamic Teaching Assistant to join their team of committed practitioners.
Responsibilities
The expectations for this role is a Teaching Assistant who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
The ideal candidate for this Teaching Assistant role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from all different backgrounds.
The Teaching Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
The ideal Teaching Assistant for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
