Salt Lake City, UT area commercial general contractor is looking for their next LEAD Superintendent within commercial large-scale Tilt Wall construction and renovations in the area. Amazing company to work with that has excellent growth opportunities in the local Salt Lake City, UT area. Projects focus on Steel, Concrete, Tilt Wall, Commercial and giving back to the community!

Qualifications for Tilt Wall Lead Superintendent :
New Construction / large scale renovation projects with focus on Tilt Wall Projects
7+ years experience in commercial Tilt Wall construction as acting Lead or Senior Superintendent
Ability to track subcontractors' progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification
Responsible for quality control and safety of project with demonstratable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
Ability to foster positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, colleagues and clients
Large project experience a plus, $20m+
Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Knowledge of Carpentry or previous experience preferred
Steel, Concrete, Tilt Wall, municipal and commercial experience is all preferred !
