Job Description
Our client is seeking a Structural Design Project Manager to join their dynamic structural design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design and a talent for creative, innovative problem-solving. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about tackling unique design challenges and advancing their experience. In this role, you will provide essential design support for various structural engineering projects and work closely with team members. Responsibilities include:
-Oversee and execute all design tasks for diverse structural projects, such as new construction, adaptive reuse, and specialized infrastructure.
-Assist and oversee the preparation of project construction drawings and reviewing shop drawings.
-Addressing contractor RFIs and questions during construction.
-Conducting site visits to gather field data for project design and monitor construction progress.
-Maintain an open line of communication with clients.
-Demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus.
-6-8 years of Structural Engineering design experience.
-EI certification is required PE preferred.
-Experience with software such as Revit, AutoCAD and RAM.
