Senior RIBA Architect

My client is looking for a Senior Architect with strong revit skills to join them ASAP.

This role is in office for the first 4 weeks, and after that point it is hybrid (2/3 days per week in office). They are paying £25 - £30 per hour outside IR35 and for 6 months rolling.

• 10 years post part III. Minimum and in the UK
• RIBA Stage 3 to 7 experience
• Commercial and residential knowledge
• Recent London based experience
• Holistic knowledge of current, new and upcoming Building Regulations (UK)
• Awareness and experience of NSS and LHDG
• Proficient with/in Revit
• Competent in detail design
• Self directing/organising
• Shows Initiative
