Human Resources Business Partner

Human Resources Business Partner opportunity with a leading Education provider in London.

This is a fully site based role and you will be required to work as from site 5 days per week - either Head Office or one of the schools within your portfolio as best suits the needs of your role. All are located in Central and West London.

You will provide the main link between the Head Office team and the schools, becoming a strategic advisor to stakeholders, leading on HR initiatives, project work and complex employee relations casework.

We need someone with excellent stakeholder management, who can work at pace, and is already operating at business partner or senior advisor level. Experience within education is highly desirable.
