Base Location: Reading

Salary: £14.02 p/hr

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 37 hours with a Hybrid working pattern 2 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own Portfolio
• Handling all billing related activities
• Seek to resolve queries within agreed SLA
• Build Relationships with both customers and consultants

What do you need?

• Industry Experience
• Previous experience in call centre environments
• Super Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office app (Especially Excel)
• Personable and Engaging
