Trade Marketing Manager

Central Belt, Scotland - Hybrid

We seek a Trade Marketing Manager to bridge the marketing team and a third-party distributor for convenience, wholesale, and out-of-home channels.

The Role:

• Develop compelling trade marketing tools and brand activation materials.
• Collaborate with the brand team and serve as the brand representative.
• Share actionable category insights and enhance understanding of impulse and out-of-home channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and knowledge transfer.

The Person:

• Proven Customer/Trade/Shopper marketing experience in FMCG, ideally in impulse and HORECA channels.
• Proficient in data sources like Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar.
• Proven ability to conduct customer range reviews and develop trade marketing strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience managing stakeholders and senior management.
