Sourcing Manager

Our client is a high-growth business supplying bespoke equipment into the construction, M&E and commercial and residential sectors. The business is in a period of sustained growth, with ambitious targets for the next 3-years. This is a unique opportunity to join the team in a brand-new role, to facilitate their growth plans

Role

You would be responsible for coordinating supplier relationships and workflow management to complement internal manufacturing capacity. This role encompasses the subcontract spectrum from building the potential partner pipeline to ensuring projects are delivered in line with program and quality standards. Develop supplier relationships and workflow controls to complement internal manufacturing capacity. Explore and validate potential manufacturing partners.

Experience

• Experience in procurement, specifically outsourcing of bespoke products / equipment
• Strong Financial literacy
• Purchasing and supply chain experience with regards to setting up new suppliers
• Able to demonstrate an ability to communicate well with internal & external stakeholders
• Excellent negotiate skills
