Design Director - Integrated Agency

A highly regarded integrated design agency is looking to recruit an established Design Director for their London studio.

This award-winning independently owned agency with an impressive range of clients across retail, technology and lifestyle and established a reputation for developing unique solutions and award-winning creative for their clients.

As a Designer Director, you’ll work closely with the ECD taking responsibility for the creative direction for brand communications covering a wide area of disciplines spanning Interactive Experiences, e-commerce, and integrated and social campaigns.

This is a great role for someone ready to push his or her career to the highest level and get recognition. As lead creative, you will work closely with the insights and strategy team to analyse clients' brands and market trends translating this into design strategy, whereby you'll need previous management skills as you will lead a team of multi-skilled designers and play a key role in contributing to the annual strategy and budget planning as well as developing links with other directors to help drive the business forward.

This is a senior role within the company and therefore our client is looking for a minimum of 8 years of experience,
