Private Client Paralegal

Our Legal Team is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join our rapidly expanding team. With a diverse portfolio of clients and a team of dedicated professionals, we are poised for continued growth and expansion. As Private Client Paralegal, you will be working with our team covering Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax and Planning Files and Probate matters.

What makes us stand out is our flexible working, you will be in the office 3 days per week, and 2 days at home. We offer training to help you advance and develop in your career, we support SQE1 and SQE2. We have a range of opportunities within our team, to support our exciting growth. Joining at this stage of our journey will create an opportunity for progression and becoming a future pillar in our Legal Services team.

We are looking for a Private client paralegal with experience of:

• Preparation of Wills;
• Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney to include registration of EPAs and LPAs;
• File opening administration;
• Estate Administration including visiting properties;
• Trust Administration;
• Dealing with initial enquiries;
• File Closures.
