Building on the foundations we have built over the last 5 years, you will - in conjunction with other global leaders - build a market-leading claims and client services team to provide unrivalled insights leveraging our data resources and claims expertise. This includes:
- Leading Reinsurance Solutions' claims and client services' international data strategy.
- Working closely with Reinsurance Solutions' global Claims & Client Services team, as well as STG and other Aon partners, to drive improvements in data capture, analysis and performance.
- Improving our analytical capabilities via technological advances, including using AI and other tools, with the ultimate goal of creating new value and potentially revenue streams.
- Leading an evolution in the way we deliver data and analysis to clients and trading partners to create new value.
- In conjunction with senior colleagues across Reinsurance Solutions & Risk Capital, particularly working with North American data leader to manage relationships with our key global clients and trading partners.
- Responsible for liaising with key external and external partners to develop our data strategy and value proposition, including driving improvements in how we analyse and present data externally.
- Work with global growth leaders to drive carrier performance improvements, particularly claims payment performance.
- Collaborating with internal partners on key strategic initiatives across Reinsurance Solutions and Risk Capital.
- Responsible for managing performance across our global portfolio of trading partners.
- Working closely with global leaders to improve performance across the value chain, including oversight of digital trading.
- Oversee implementation of new technology and changes across our trading platforms.
- This is a leadership role and will require people management and team building to support the outlined targets & responsibilities.
Skills and experience that will lead to success The following skills and experience are required:
- Understanding of reinsurance, particularly claims and the claims process;
- Advanced knowledge of technology, data and platforms;
- Significant experience working in a broking environment with global senior leaders;
- Change management/transformation knowledge and experience; and
- A background in consultancy (desirable).
