Here’s what you need to know.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotional Management:

Develop and manage sales promotion programs across EMEA, including B2B and B2C initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to create toolkits, manage regional campaigns, and ensure compliance with regulations

• .Product Launches:

Lead the development of trade and marketing toolkits for new product launches, ensuring all elements from POS to digital assets are ready in advance.

• Cross-Functional Projects:

Support cross-departmental projects by leading or participating in project teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution

• .Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor Marketing and Trade Operations Executives, fostering growth, setting clear goals, and overseeing workflow

• Brand Champion:

Act as a brand advocate within the organization, collaborating with central brand managers on strategic initiatives and regional brand projects.

About You:

• A self-motivated, hands-on professional with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communicator who can simplify and convey strategic direction effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing both internal and external stakeholders confidently.
• Experience in project management, promotional strategy, and team leadership is highly desirable.
