Associate Town Planner/Director

A leading planning consultancy in Reading are looking for an Associate Town Planner or an Associate Director to join their team due to an influx of projects.

Role and Responsibilities

5 years plus experience, with particular experience in the strategic land sector promoting residential and employment schemes on greenfield sites through the local plan process, managing outline planning application and working on speculative application/appeals via housing land supply. Schemes tend to be 50-1,500 dwellings.
