Senior Paid Media Manager

We are delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding full-service digital agency based in Warwickshire, as they look to recruit a Paid Media Manager to join their growing performance marketing team at an exciting time for the business. Culture comes first for this business and set in highly impressive working environment, the business is now looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support on a range of exciting clients. You will be responsible for driving the delivery of paid media campaigns, across both Google Adwords and Meta and highly analytical in approach.

To be considered for the role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Minimum five years’ experience as a PPC Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of paid media techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in PPC tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strategic paid media background and led teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
