GRADUATE SURVEYOR

Our client is a national multiple retail business and a well known High Street brand.

Following several business acquisitions and the organic expansion over the past 2-3 years, the business continues to grow at a rapid pace and therefore they are looking for a highly motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude to join their team.

The role is for a Graduate Surveyor, who is either beginning their APC, part-qualified, or recently passed. The business recruits largely on personality, so while qualifications have their place, they are more interested in finding someone who has a desire and passion to build a long-term career in a great business.

Role

• Carrying out rent reviews, re-gears and lease renewals.
• Dealing with the service of break notices, surrenders and relocations.
• Acquiring new sites on a range of property types.
• Disposing of any surplus sites.
• General management and additional project work.

Attributes Needed

• Working towards Professional Membership of the RICS
• A passion for property.
• Being able to work on own initiative but also a good team player.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritise in a fast pace environment and deliver on time whilst maintaining standards.
• Motivated and organised.
• Managing and liaising with colleagues and both internal and external.
